I know that I’m not alone when I say, "Almost every organization will take advantage of those who can not afford to defend theirself." I wish I could express just the right words to get my point across, but knowing that this would include more cuss words and threats, plus homeland security would be knocking on my door within hours of it’s publication, I’ll just keep my emotions out of it, at least the best I can. Please allow me to give you a few examples of my life lately, and I want you to remember, a doctor told me in October 2005, that I would be lucky to live two to six months. Thank God Almighty, he wasn’t speeking on Gods behalf. Next, I have five disabilities, all which make life mostly unbareable, but I have accepted that one moment I maybe here, and the next I may not.I have bought new phones from Tracfone that couldn’t be activated, a new phone through a dealer for PagePlus and told it was a Page plus phone and also sold a montly card that supposed to give me unlimited long distance, unlimited web, picture messages and text as well as free 411 call. The next day I called customer service and they sent a signal that says my phone wasn’t or couldn’t be new because it had been flashed and my monthly card is worthless on it. Now the worse DEMON DEAL I got caught up into. It needs it’s own paragraph.Verizon Wireless being sold from a local Store, sold me a blackberry phone supposely for $29.99, the catch is I must also carry a data plan, since it’s a smartphone, but was told that I had thirty days to return it with a $35.00 restocking fee. They also said they would sweeten the deal and give me a modem for free. I walked out the door believing that my monthly bill would be around $110.00 a month and plus I would get a $100.00 rebate om the phone and $50.00 dollar rebate on the modem. Guess what? Within two weeks I look in my phones My Verizon Icon and, It says that I owe $257.92. I about crapped my pants. So I took the phone and the unopened modem back to the store to return them within my alotted thirty days and paid the $35.00 plus tax on both the phone and modem. Yet the new guy that I was dealing with behind the counter, after giving him a hundred dollar bill and I had witnesses at both the buying and returning, as well as every receipt to prove these words true, he tells me that since I returned the modem and he waived a $175.00 early termination fee since I was returning the items before the thirty days were up, really it was closer to nine or ten days, that if I kept the phone, my bill would now be around $105.00 to $110.00.So that put me back into my limited wage bracket, so I agreed and walked out of the store a happy man again, but had forgot to ask for my reselving fee to be returned. then a few days later, I went to My Verizon Icon and about had a Heart attack, which I only have 40% of my heart working anyway, they said I now owed $355.92 and I haven’t had the phone but almost a month, as a matter of fact, I have all the paperwork and the rebated is dated to be in by 12/06/10. I bought this piece of crap and have already spent close to $200.00 and I bought it October 7th 2010 and they want $355.92 and they turn me off before I had it a month. Just because I called their customer service and complained that they are robbing us disabled people who are on a limited income and, They are not even using a gun to do it. This is my first negative blog, and I assure you all, I’m just getting started.Their a so many corporations that are taking advantage of us, and we as one person each are letting them rob us as well as letting them screw-up our credit ratings. Well, not me, I’m not paying them another dime and if they want to take me to court, good, I got all the paper work, the witnesses, and if they still win, they will get it anywhere from 1 cent a month to $1.00 a month and all by USPS money order. Depends on how much more they _iss me off.My dear friend and readers, I’m sorry that I’ve got to write crap like this, But, I will not lay around and, let myself to keep quite, about the wrongs within our world, so they have made a warrior out of me, who so long in my life has been almost everyones door matte, who they just keep wiping their feet on me.
